We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded firm offering a competitive salary and genuine progression opportunities.

Key duties will include:
* Assisting with sales, purchases, part-exchange and leasehold transactions.
* Drafting and issuing correspondence.
* Managing files from instruction to completion under supervision.
* Handling post-completion matters.
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to firm-wide initiatives, including networking and events.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
* Experience within residential or commercial property transactions.
* The ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
* A proactive, flexible attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
