Our client, a forward-thinking insights consultancy, is looking for a confident, client-facing Quantitative Insight Manager to join their team. You'll manage complex research projects, build trusted client relationships, and oversee junior team members, delivering high-quality, commercially-focused insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, ensuring efficiency, budgets, and quality outputs.
* Act as key client contact, building trust and identifying account growth opportunities.
* Lead project teams and line manage junior staff, providing coaching and guidance.
* Oversee research inputs, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting to deliver actionable insights.
* Manage project financials, proposals, and commercial processes.
* Contribute to innovation, solutions, and process improvements within the team.
About You
* Experienced in agency-side quantitative or mixed-method research
* Confident, client-facing, and calm under pressure.
* Hands-on project leader, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience line managing junior staff.
* Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and solution-focused.
* Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team player.
