Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE) + company vehicle
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Holiday: 28 days per year

Country Fresh Foods Ltd is a long-established, family-run business supplying high-quality fresh produce and foodservice products to a wide range of clients. We are growing and now seeking a driven Business Development Executive / Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll be responsible for developing new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
* Deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential clients.
* Prepare accurate quotes and contracts in line with company policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to deliver results.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven background in sales, business development, or client relationship management (B2B or B2C).
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Target-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
* IT proficient (CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
* Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
Desirable:
* 2-5 years’ experience in business development or sales.
* Knowledge of the catering or foodservice industry.
* Established client base or network in the sector.
