We are assisting a well-established franchised dealership located in East Edinburgh in their search for a dedicated Parts Manager.
This Parts Manager position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead the parts department, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful Parts Manager will play a key position in supporting the dealership’s growth and maintaining its reputation for excellence.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary up to £30,000
On-target earnings of up to £45,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
One in four Saturday mornings (overtime paid)

Overtime available at standard ratesDuties as a Parts Manager:
Manage and motivate the parts department team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
Implement strategies to increase revenue and identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues
Ensure high standards of customer service are upheld at all times
Analyse departmental performance and generate reports for senior management
Oversee stock control, ordering, and administrative duties efficiently
Collaborate with service and sales departments to maximise parts sales and profitabilityRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Manager, Supervisor, or equivalent senior position in a motor trade environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to develop new business opportunities and improve departmental performance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Product knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
