We are looking for dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a number of supportive secondary schools across the Walsall area from January 2026. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping students access learning. You’ll work with small groups, support individual learners, and assist in delivering high-quality classroom activities. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain meaningful experience before moving into teacher training or other education pathways.

We’re seeking graduates who:
* Hold a degree in any subject
* Can communicate effectively and build positive relationships with young people
* Have some experience working with children or teenagers (paid or voluntary)
* Are patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting students’ development
* Have a DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
