Trainee Recruitment Consultant 28k-32k basic + Commission (Realistic OTE year one 45k)
Recruitment is simple – you seek out and build trust with employers who “entrust” you with finding suitable candidates for their hard to fill vacancies.
Easy right??? It isn’t easy. But certain types of people find it easy - and hugely rewarding – “putting deals together” as the “middle person” and earning extremely well for it.
