Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bury as a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, customer service, and effectively communicating with clients to understand and meet their fuel-related needs.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and ensuring positive client experiences
* Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Relevant experience in the fuel or oil industry is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
