Job Summary
Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Support Administrator, located in Kendal at our Westmorland Business Park facility.What a typical day looks like:
1. Organising travel for clients, directors and employees including flights, rail and hotel bookings worldwide;
2. Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients including client hospitality; meeting and greeting, providing refreshments and catering;
3. Managing budgets, Raising Purchase orders and ordering office materials;
4. Managing incoming and outgoing communications and directing them appropriately;
5. Franking and posting all mail involving runs to the Post Office/Bank;
6. Organising Courier shipments and tracking deliveries;
7. Assisting Production and HR with daily administration tasks;
8. Managing multiple business calendars;
9. General up keep of all office areas;
10. Collaborating with all departments within the business;
11. Managing Fleet vehicles across the business;
12. Compiling data and assisting with site entry requirements;
13. Any general administration duties as requested by the Heads or Department or the Executive Support Manager.
14. General administrative task e.g Scanning, filing paperwork, managing stock levels across the business etc.
15. Plan and coordinate business meetings and events
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
16. A Full, valid driving licence.
17. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
18. Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
19. Previous experience in an administrative role desirable but not essential
20. Excellent organisational skills.
