About the Role
Join us as a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead at our Dairy Consumer Foods site in Ossett! This is an exciting opportunity to be the CI champion for our plant, where you'll play a pivotal role in monitoring and enhancing our organizational processes to maximize efficiency.
In this Monday to Friday role, you may occasionally need to work outside standard hours, but your contributions will be invaluable!

What You'll Be Doing
* Collaborate with all departments and the Plant Leadership Team to implement the Plant Programme.
* Assist in diagnostic analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
* Define initiatives to achieve future state targets across Operating, Management & People Systems.
* Create implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
* Act as an ambassador for Continuous Improvement, coaching and mentoring at all levels.
* Support colleagues through the change curve and align with the Plant Leadership Team.
* Facilitate education on continuous improvement principles and tools.
* Organize training programs to foster cross-functional deployment of continuous improvement.
* Ensure standardized key performance indicators are used across teams.
* Develop and implement a sustainable continuous improvement strategy for the plant.
* Review and adjust the strategy in line with internal and external changes.
What You Can Bring to the Role
* Proven experience in championing continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a plus.
* Strong communication skills to engage with all functions and levels within the business.
* Ability to see the bigger picture and develop a continuous improvement strategy.
* A knack for challenging the status quo and asking insightful questions.
* Proven project management experience with practical knowledge of PM tools.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
