About the Role:
As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality cleaning service throughout our home. You'll be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in line with company policy and national guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean designated areas to agreed standards and schedules
* Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
* Follow daily task lists and instructions from senior staff
* Maintain awareness of surroundings and adhere to health and safety regulations
* Report any incidents, faults, or hazards promptly to the Head of Housekeeping or senior manager
* Respect resident dignity and privacy at all times
* Lock and secure areas when required
* Participate in audits and inspections as directed
* Maintain a smart appearance and wear appropriate uniform and footwear
* Complete all mandatory training and attend ongoing development sessions
