Must Have’s
* Proven account management or client-facing experience
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial awareness and sound decision-making ability
* Demonstrated experience in managing projects and achieving performance targets

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

* Managing a portfolio of clients while fostering long-term, productive relationships
* Supporting the wider commercial team in achieving sales and retention targets
* Leading projects to ensure high-quality client delivery from planning to completion
* Identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development
* Attending client meetings and providing hands-on support when required
* Championing best practices in health, safety, and sustainability
* Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs with a focus on client satisfaction
