Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward‑thinking Radiographer with a passion for digital workflows and service improvement to join our Radiotherapy team in a specialist Clinical IT capacity for 12 months while the current post holder is on maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a radiographer who enjoys problem‑solving, data, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a core link between clinical radiotherapy teams and IT/technical services to ensure smooth operation of radiotherapy information systems.
* Support and maintain radiotherapy digital workflows, including user accounts, permissions, templates, documentation, and data quality.
* Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with IT and vendor support when required.
* Contribute to the implementation, testing, and validation of new software versions, hardware, and digital upgrades.
* Lead on a wide range of projects, including acting as the MOSAIQ system administrator, developing SmartView workflows, managing datasets and associated data submissions, and providing specialist IT knowledge for new planning and treatment delivery techniques.
* Provide training across all areas of responsibility and maintain clinical competence for effective delivery of the role.
Experience & Skills Required
* HCPC registered therapeutic radiographer with an interest in data and technology.
* Knowledge and understanding of radiotherapy IT systems, including Mosaiq.
* Excellent communication, change management and leadership skills.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment.

Essential criteria
* HCPC Registration.
* Experience with radiotherapy IT systems including Mosaiq.
* Change management and implementation skills.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Ability to use MS Office particularly Excel.
* Knowledge of databases.
* Previous project work.
* Highly motivated.
* Ability to lead and manage a small team.
Desirable criteria
* Previous systems administrator experience.
* Change management experience.
* IT/MS office courses.
* Understanding of SQL.
* Project management course.
