What You’ll Be Doing Advising employees on all aspects of employment law, including: Unfair dismissal Redundancy Discrimination & whistleblowing Disciplinary & grievance issues Settlement agreement negotiations Running your own caseload with independence and confidence Drafting letters before action, settlement proposals, and detailed assessments Negotiating strong settlements and preparing cases for litigation where needed Recording time accurately and meeting realistic billing targets Helping improve digital processes, tools, and the overall client journey About You You’re someone who thrives in a modern, innovative environment and is motivated by achieving fairness for employees. Essential Skills & Experience 2 PQE in Employment Law Strong billing track record Experience in a small firm or private practice setting Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Comfortable with legal tech and remote working Positive, proactive, solution-focused attitude Personal Qualities Empathetic and client-focused Supportive and collaborative Confident managing files independently Driven by helping individuals secure justice
