I am on the lookout for a Customer Services Coordinator to join my client, a developer, in their Head Office in North West London. This role is starting ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have worked an administrative role within the constrution industry.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Services Coordinator:
6. Administration of Customer issues
7. Management of Contractors and Customer Support Operatives
8. Managing remediation of outstanding issues
9. Manage costs
10. Data capture and reporting
11. Health and safety
Candidate Requirements:
12. Must be an experienced candidate in an Office Admin / Secretarial/Resident Liason or other similar role
13. Must have previous experience working on site or main office in construction
14. Have strong attention to detail
15. Be competent in using systems such as Microsoft Office
16. Be organised and have a strong work ethic.
