Job Description
Join our team as an Engineering Supervisor and play a pivotal role in providing top-notch building maintenance services to support our IML SPV client. You'll be based on-site and mobile between sites, overseeing the smooth operation and planned maintenance schedule of the buildings.
As an experienced professional, you'll lead by example, undertaking both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across the estate. You'll also collaborate with project teams on estate works and support the Contract Manager in life cycle projects.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements and KPIs. You'll also take charge of keeping your team's training and competencies up to date, aligning them with the needs of the site and our customer's business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support Contract manager deliver the Contract and project works
2. Ensuring all PPMS are carried within agreed SLA liaising with the assistant Facilities Manager/Helpdesk
3. Liaise with Facilities and Cleaning Manager to ensure best practice and guidance is shared and followed
4. Supervise all M & E sub-contractors on site, including induction, and all safe systems of work
5. Perform site and engineering audits, to ensure that the planned preventative maintenance scheduling is relevant
6. Provide building Electrical and other work stream task completion to site and support the Contract Manager
7. Support out-of-hours response in emergency situations and support engineering call out rota as and when necessary, and to implement any necessary escalation procedures to the engineering management team as and when required
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Evident Supervisory experience (ILM or equivalent desirable)
9. Formal Electrical Qualifications (LV/HV knowledge highly desirable)
10. Strong understanding of compliance and Health & Safety (IOSH desirable)
11. Client focused skills
12. Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
13. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
