Bodyshop Workshop Foreman needed in North Lincolnshire
1. Pay: £40k + bonuses
2. Hours: 8 - 5pm Monday - Friday
Are you an experienced Bodyshop professional looking to take a step into a supervisory role? Are you a current Foreman or Controller? Our client is seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Workshop Foreman to oversee daily operations at their busy North Lincolnshire facility. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a well-established team, combining hands-on work with supervision, ensuring workshop efficiency and quality standards are maintained.

Duties:
9. Managing workshop operations ensuring work is allocated efficiently among team members
10. Conducting quality control on vehicle repairs and services to meet industry standards
11. Organising daily workloads and ensuring technicians have continuous work
12. Overseeing stripping, fitting, and repair processes, occasionally assisting when required
13. Maintaining high standards of health and safety within the workshop
14. Liaising with insurance companies and clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
Requirements:
15. Proven experience as a MET Technician, Bodyshop Technician, or Workshop Controller
16. Ability to oversee workshop operations and ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards
17. Hands-on skills with vehicle stripping, fitting, and repair work
18. Strong organisational and leadership skills
19. Passionate about maintaining high workshop standards and customer satisfaction
20. Reliable team player who can step into a supervisory role when needed
