Overview
As our School Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for a hands-on, varied role that supports keeping our school safe, clean, and ready for learning every day.
Responsibilities
* Securing the school site daily
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors
* Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance tasks, and supporting larger refurbishment projects
* Supporting with site security, fire and lockdown procedures
* Ensuring classrooms, halls, and outside areas are tidy, functional, and well-presented
* Assisting with setting up rooms for lessons, meetings, and school events
* Helping to ensure the school complies with health and safety standards
Candidate profile / Qualifications
* Reliable, proactive, and friendly
* Confident with general maintenance or DIY tasks
* Able to work independently and use initiative
* Friendly, approachable, and proud to contribute to the school community
* Highly organised, with good attention to detail
* Willing to support occasional out-of-hours events if required
