What You Will Do
Aligned with Customer, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our Customers. You would be expected to prioritize, plan, and deliver solution specific projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
You will use your solution expertise to bring about Oracle health innovations and solution capabilities. You would also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of an project/ investigation. Your ultimate goal is to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improves care delivery.

Responsibilities
Required Experience
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
* At least 5 years work experience in Healthcare Information Technology.
* At least 3 years of experience in delivery or support or At least 3+ years experience in Software implementation with Oracle health Products and services.
* Proven 5 Years experience on Oracle Health Powerchart, Mpage, Orders, Physician Docmentation, iViews, Nursing integration and integrated solution modules
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Preferred Experience
* Experience working on Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules)
* Experience technical troubleshooting skills and awareness of Oracle Health Custom Reporting (CCL)
* Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization
Expectations
* Consult with customer on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts over the solution modules.
* Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
* Customer-facing and travel up to 40%
