The opportunity
We are seeking a dispute resolution solicitor to join us full-time at our Beverley office. This is an opportunity to work on high-quality, meaningful matters without the pressures often found in traditional litigation teams.
Your work will include all aspects of:
* Shareholder and director disputes.
* Property litigation (commercial and residential).
* Defendant personal injury.
* Business protection cases (e.g. restrictive covenant breaches, springboard injunctions).
* Regulatory defence work (HSE, Environment Agency prosecutions) depending on experience

What we are looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor, ideally 4+ years’ PQE.
* A genuine growth mindset, with discipline, drive and commitment.
* Someone for whom client care is paramount.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Commercial awareness. Resolving disputes is not just about knowing the law.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Solid experience in dispute resolution and court proceedings.
