The Role
As a Project QS, you will:
Manage cost control and commercial reporting across multiple sites
Work closely with project managers and site teams
Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
Support procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor management
Attend the Manchester office one day per week
Spend 4 days per week on site, depending on project location
What Were Looking For
Experience as a QS within construction (housing or mixed portfolio ideal)
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple workloads
A team player who thrives in a growing, fast-paced company
Full UK driving licence (essential)
