Office Administrator – Nottingham, United Kingdom

Salary: £31,332.60 to £31,332.60 Annum.

Hours: Full Time, Permanent.

The Office Administrator role

* Assist all departments with daily administration tasks.
* Act as first point of contact for visitors and clients, including hospitality.
* Answer calls, emails, and handle post.
* Plan and organise company events.
* Maintain meeting rooms, offices, and kitchens.
* Compile data and support general business requirements.
* Order tools and equipment from suppliers (Supply Chain).
* Manage and order office materials.
* Organise courier shipments and track deliveries.
* Support a safe working environment (Health & Safety).
* Arrange employee travel including flights, rail and hotel bookings.


What you’ll need

* Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
* Flexible and proactive.
* Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Enthusiastic, conscientious with high attention to detail.
* Willing to undertake external and internal training courses.
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
* Positive attitude.Ability to meet and maintain deadlines.
