Registered Manager – Redcar
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality home care across the North of England. Following the award of a brand-new package in Redcar, they are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service and build a strong local team.
The Role:
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service
* Deliver safe, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity
* Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of carers
* Manage staffing, compliance, and operational performance
* Oversee scheduling and continuity of care
* Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and stakeholders
* Ensure full CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement
Criteria:
* Minimum 2 years’ management experience in health & social care
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and service development
* Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage staff
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
