MARKETING MANAGER

SALARY: UP TO £60,000 PER ANNUM + BENEFITS & THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR AN EXCITING WELL-RESPECTED, GROWING COMPANY.
Our client is a leading hospitality and leisure operator with venues across the UK. They are breaking the norm and pushing the boundaries with their day-to-night venues offering a range of activities under one roof. Having recently made an acquisition, a pipeline of new openings and investment in their current estate - there could not be a better time to join them as Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Take ownership of the CRM strategy to drive database growth
-Lead an optimize paid media, PPC and search campaigns to deliver revenue growth
-Monitor website performance to enhance user journey and drive conversion
-Report on key digital metrics, including traffic, ROI and competitor analysis
-Collaborating with CRM Manager and Social Media Manager to increase brand visibility
-Manage and execute seasonal campaigns ensuring alignment with the brand.
-Maintain strong relations with third party and local relationships with local councils, BIDS, and community stakeholders.
-Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including new venue launches.
Experience:
-Min 2 years experience in a marketing role, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or experiential leisure.
-Strong digital marketing expertise, including CRM, PPC, paid social, and analytics (Sprouts socials, google analytics, Meta adverts)
-Demonstrated success managing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and review,
-Excellent stakeholder and team management skillscomfortable working cross-functionally,
-A creative thinker whos passionate about brand storytelling and performance marketing,
-Confident analysing performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
