We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join a reputable Dealership in Selby. The successful Service Advisor will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, managing workshop schedules, and maximising revenue through upselling products and services.

Duties
* Welcome customers and handle enquiries efficiently as the face of the Dealership
* Take service bookings and organise the technicians’ workload
* Manage daily diaries and coordinate workshop operations
* Advise customers on additional services and products to enhance their experience
* Upsell relevant vehicle services and parts to maximise opportunity
* Assist with administrative duties to support smooth workshop and customer processes
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a motor trade environment
* Knowledge of service department operations and workshop procedures
* Confident, outgoing, and professional attitude
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
* Willingness to learn and contribute to different areas of the dealership
* Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
