Founded in 2014, Chapman Tate Associates are a boutique IT Recruitment company that specialises in placing Interim and Permanent candidates across the Infrastructure, DevOps/Cloud, Data Intelligence and Science, IT Sales, Project/Programme Management and Engineering disciplines. We work with clients ranging from FTSE 250 listed outfits, household names and Start-Ups across the UK, United States, EMEA and ASIA-APAC Regions, giving you the opportunity to expand your client base and be supported by the senior management team.
Role
We are looking for a Principal IT Recruitment Consultant (or someone that would like to get in at that ground up for their recruitment career) who can help mentor junior members of staff (now or in the future) and grow and develop into one of our future leaders. We are happy to have someone based working from home but would ideally need some visibility in our offices at the start of the Month for team catchups.
Location and working arrangement
Hybrid Working – Work between your home and our offices in Central Birmingham with parking (outside CAZ zone). We like to see you in the office and not just at the end of Webcam, so it would be good to see you at some point during the week.
Salary and rewards
Salary | £30-45,000 basic salary | Uncapped Comms | Commission scheme up to 40% of earnings. The better you are at finding people jobs, the more basic salary and commission you can earn.
What we would like to see from someone that joins us
* A track record where you have been involved in some form of B2B sales. IT Sales or Recruitment experience is welcome. Experience in a specialist area such as Finance, IT, Pharma or similar is a plus.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to help others achieve success. We work as a team and support each other.
* A record of bringing at least £120,000 - £150,000 of billings per year.
* Experience in Account Management and/or Business Development—relationships matter.
