Are you passionate about helping people and delivering great customer experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service Agent to join one of our client team.
What You'll Do:
* Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
* Provide accurate information, support, and solutions in a timely manner
* Log and manage customer interactions using our CRM system
* Follow up on issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve more complex queries
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, not essential)
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Confident using computers and customer support software
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
