⚙️ The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of industrial plant and process equipment within a fast-moving operational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Electrical and mechanical fault finding on industrial machinery
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise uptime
Reactive breakdown response to minimise operational disruption
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Working collaboratively within a skilled, on-site engineering team
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to engineering best practice
Shift Pattern
12-hour shifts
2 x Days and 3 x Nights per week
Wednesday to Sunday
Monday and Tuesday off every week
Consistent rota with built-in rest days
Salary & Benefits
£50,000 – £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability
Background in industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or process-driven environments
Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, apprenticeship or equivalent)
Proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
