What the Job Involves This role involves providing project management and performance management support, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed standards, and maintaining project documentation. You will support statutory requirements for national reporting and be responsible for the collection, verification, and reporting of performance data. Additionally, you will assist in the development and delivery of system, software, and reporting improvements and contribute to the implementation of performance frameworks and national performance reporting. You will play a key role in performance data analysis, policy development, and delivering training events related to performance and service improvement.
