Our client based just outside St Ives in-between St Ives and Huntingdon is looking to recruit a Despatch Administrator in a fulltime permanent basis. Within this role you will support the despatch department offering admin support to a small to medium-sized but growing. As part of the role you will Supply carriage quotes to the sales teams, booking UK pallet and box collections, ensure all parcels are labelled correctly and able to phone couriers and solve any issues. The role of Despatch Administrator is a busy role offering a full round administration support to the department manager to ensure that the department runs smoothly. To be considered for this role of despatch administrator, ideally you will have worked in an admin role previously, but personality is just as important as you liaise with internal and external colleagues/businesses.
