The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Overseeing the team's daily operations, motivating and guiding them to achieve organizational goals. Creating and enforcing timelines to meet targets and delegate tasks effectively. Demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity in all actions to set a positive example for the team. Ensuring all personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly. Briefing staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, making changes as necessary. Preparing reports and maintain appropriate filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
