Overview
The post-holder will work alongside the Operational and Clinical leadership team, providing support to the Service Manager and Clinicians within the team. A Deputy will support them along with Senior PWPs. The post-holder will need to be available to work full-time Monday-Friday. There will be an expectation of Hybrid work from base and home. The post holder will receive regular managerial supervision and join other senior clinicians within the service.
Role
We are advertising a Team Lead within the Central & West Network for the Talking Therapies Team in West Lancashire. This is an opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner to consolidate and expand upon management skills. We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual with substantial experience in mental health and significant knowledge and experience of working within a Talking Therapies service. You will have a proven record of delivering high quality therapeutic services and excellent interpersonal qualities; time management skills; the ability to work autonomously and in a team; experience of providing formal managerial supervision/mentorship to clinical staff; and an enthusiasm for working in an ever-developing Talking Therapies service.

Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and supervision within the Talking Therapies Team in West Lancashire.
* Support the Service Manager and Clinicians; work with Deputy and Senior PWPs as required.
* Participate in regular managerial supervision and contribute to service development.
* Contribute to the effectiveness of the Talking Therapies service through high quality delivery and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications and Experience
* Substantial experience of working within mental health and significant knowledge of Talking Therapies services.
* Proven ability to deliver high quality therapeutic services.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to work autonomously and in a team.
* Experience providing formal managerial supervision/mentorship to clinical staff.
* Enthusiasm for working in a developing Talking Therapies service.
