The Role As Internal Communications Executive, you will: Support the delivery of the internal communications strategy across all business functions. Assist in planning and executing campaigns for key initiatives, events, and updates. Manage and maintain content on the company intranet and digital signage. Create engaging communications such as newsletters, presentations, and town hall content. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure consistent messaging. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all internal materials reflect the company’s tone and identity. Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of communications to drive continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Experience in internal communications, ideally within a multi-site or hybrid working environment. Strong writing and verbal communication skills with a flair for engaging content. Familiarity with digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and email platforms. A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams. High attention to detail and a passion for brand culture.
