Shift patterns: Rotational Shift Pattern – Earlies and Lates - 7am until 3pm and 3pm until 11pm, Any Five From Seven
Location: Daventry
A Typical Day May Involve:
* This role is critical to the Stock team on site and will involve working in a fast‑paced busy environment
* Accountable for delivering a high quality, customer‑focused service across the Stock/Compliance Team department
* Organise and lead efforts to improve productivity and stock management levels
* Deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with Company guidelines
* Maintain accurate system records aligned with physical inventory
Who This Role Would Suit:
* Relevant stock & inventory knowledge desired
* Being detail oriented
* Previous FLM experience
* Previous Stock FLM experience
