The Role
* Delivering lessons using pre-prepared materials across a range of subjects and year groups
* Maintaining a focused and positive learning environment for students
* Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with each school's behaviour policy
* Quickly adapting to new classrooms and school settings
* Ensuring students remain engaged with the work set by their usual teacher
* Providing brief feedback to school staff at the end of the lesson or day
We Are Looking For Candidates Who
* Hold QTS or QTLS, or have significant teaching experience
* Are confident managing classrooms and engaging students
* Can adapt quickly to new school environments and teaching situations
* Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
* Are open to teaching across different subjects or within their area of expertise
