For the successful Street Scene Supervisor our client is offering:
£16.65 per hour
Monday - Friday days (09:00 - 17:30)
Temporary position
The role - Street Scene Supervisor:
Supervising a team that contributes to keeping city tidy
Planning capacity, ability and work schedules
Providing effective communication with front line teams
Managing customer relations and expectations
Providing professional leadership to the team, developing and managing staff
What our client is looking for in a Street Scene Supervisor:
Experience of line management in an operations environment - ESSENTIAL
Demonstrate an ability to remain calm under pressure - ESSENTIAL
An ability to exercise professional judgement and discretion - ESSENTIAL
Ability to work some evenings and weekends when operations demand - ESSENTIAL
Good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills, able to produce reports and use- ESSENTIAL
applications such as Microsoft Office - ESSENTIAL
Driving licence - ESSENTIAL
