£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

The Ideal Business Development Executive - Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted markets
*
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
*
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to develop the sales pipeline
*
Present company products and services in a professional, consultative manner
*
Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to generate leads
*
Record and manage activity using CRM systems
*
Work closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
*
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
*
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
The Ideal Business Development Executive - Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role

Confident, professional communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills

Target-driven, motivated, and results-focused

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*
Organised with excellent attention to detail

Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Full UK driving licence (occasional client visits required)
