Full-time Teaching Assistants to work across both primary and secondary age groups.This inclusive and well-resourced school supports pupils aged 3 to 19 with a range of complex needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
* Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
* Physical Disabilities (PD)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to pupils in classroom and therapeutic settings
* Assist with personal care and mobility where needed
* Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
* Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver individual learning plans
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Experience in special education, care, or youth support roles
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs
