PART TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Required for 1st September 2025.
We wish to appoint a part time Admin Assistant to join a team of caring, committed professionals to work in our extremely busy office alongside our existing staff. Hours of work are 15 per week (12.30pm to 3.30pm) term time only, worked in accordance with service requirements.
You will be working alongside the School Business Manager and the Administration Assistant and you will be responsible for daily duties in the school office including Before and After School Club bookings, maintaining Management Information System, booking school trips, reception duties, reprographics and general clerical duties.
You must be able to work well using your own initiative and be an efficient member of our school team. It is essential that you are able to build and maintain strong working relationships with all pupils, parents/carers and colleagues and represent school values through being a “friendly first face” to visitors. Effective communication skills and a good telephone manner are essential.
Interviews will take place week commencing 16th June 2025.
