Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing property sales once an offer has been agreed, ensuring transactions run smoothly through to completion. You will act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders and other parties, providing exceptional customer service and proactive updates throughout the process. This role requires strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include: Manage a pipeline of agreed sales through to exchange and completion Maintain regular communication with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers and internal teams Proactively chase outstanding documents, searches, enquiries, and other milestones Provide clear, consistent updates to all parties to ensure they are informed at each stage Identify and resolve issues that may delay the transaction Update CRM systems with accurate notes and timelines Work closely with Sales Negotiators to ensure a smooth handover from offer to completion Provide exceptional customer service, managing expectations professionally and sensitively Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and company procedures Skills required: Previous experience in estate agency or property sales progression (preferred but not essential) Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Calm and professional under pressure Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Knowledge of the sales progression process, conveyancing and the property life cycle (preferred but not essential) Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Highly organised and detail-oriented Strong relationship-builder Resilient, patient and solutions-focused Customer-service driven Team player with a positive attitude Able to work independently and take ownership of workload What we can offer you: Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company Market leading training and ongoing professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Benefits: Excellent opportunities for career progression Structured training & support Generous Holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per year Excellent parental leave & company fertility policy in place Access to an Employee assistant programme including access to a virtual GP 24/7 and mental health first aiders Retail discounts The Acorn Group as part of the Leaders Romans Group, are an equal opportunities employer and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
