Your new role
As the Commercial Property Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants and will ensure the smooth operation and strategic management of the property portfolios. You'll oversee everything from lease administration and service charge budgeting to compliance and asset enhancement. As part of the role, you will support lease negotiations, rent reviews and property inspections. You will also identify opportunities to improve asset performance and client value. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment whilst managing your own client portfolio, providing excellent opportunity to develop relationships and add value.
