As a Sales Manager you will mentor, influence, and lead a team of passionate sales consultants to deliver an exceptional prospect journey and member experience, while challenging, planning and inspiring the sales team to hit individual and club monthly new member sales targets.

Responsibilities
* Mentor, influence, and lead a team of sales consultants to deliver an exceptional prospect journey and member experience, and drive monthly sales targets.
* Analyse club sales data, performance metrics, and overall member feedback to make data-informed decisions that optimize team strategies.
* Train, support, and coach the team along with the Store Manager to ensure best-in-class performance as a brand ambassador.
* Support day-to-day shop operations in relation to daily cash taking, banking, merchandising, displays, staff and volunteers.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and manage new client requirements and general queries.
About you
* Has previous experience within a fast-paced sales environment (within the leisure sector is desirable but not essential).
* Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
* A passion for health and fitness.
* A strategic mindset with a commercial edge.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.

Pay: £30,000 - £32,000 a year
Shift and schedule: Weekend availability, Holidays
