We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Administrator to join our Customer Services team in Broadstairs. This is a full-time role suited to someone with proven experience in a fast-paced office environment and a proactive, professional approach.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform filing, data entry, document preparation, printing and scanning.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with diary management and internal communications.
* Handle incoming calls and emails.
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Monitor and order stationery and literature supplies.
* Manage incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
* Qualify leads and manage sales opportunities utilising project lead database and company CRM system.
* Process inter-company orders and prepare export documentation.
* Liaise with freight forwarders and track shipments.
* Manage training seminar bookings and logistics including venues, materials, catering, and communications.
* Arrange travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring cost-effectiveness and policy compliance.
* Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with the Administration Supervisor.
