Senior Software Engineer (IC) | HealthTech SaaS | Series A | Remote
We’re partnered with a fast-growing Series A HealthTech SaaS company that’s scaling rapidly and building technology with real-world impact.
They’re now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Individual Contributor) to play a key role in shaping both the product and engineering culture. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with leadership while remaining deeply hands-on across the full stack.
💼 The Role
As a Senior Engineer, you will:
* Own and deliver key product features end-to-end
* Build scalable, high-performance applications across web and mobile
* Work across the full stack using modern technologies
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
* Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
* Help shape engineering best practices in a scaling environment
🛠️ Tech Stack
* Frontend (Web): React, TypeScript
* Mobile: Flutter
* Backend: Python (Django)
* Cloud/Infrastructure: AWS / GCP
* Practices: CI/CD, microservices, API-first design
✅ Requirements
* 10+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong full stack expertise across React, TypeScript, and Python (Django)
* Experience building and scaling SaaS products
* Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments (Series A+)
* Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
🌟 Nice to Have
* Experience in HealthTech or regulated environments
* Experience scaling products post-Series A
* Exposure to DevOps or cloud infrastructure
* Previous mentoring or informal technical leadership experience
