Architectural Technician – High-End Residential & Heritage | £40,000–£45,000 | Godalming, Surrey
Work on bespoke high-end homes and heritage projects, develop your technical skills across a variety of schemes, and be part of a collaborative, design-led studio known for quality and attention to detail. This is a hands-on role with strong project involvement and long-term progression.
The Role
* Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and planning documentation
* Work on high-end new builds, refurbishments, and listed building projects
* Support design development and technical problem-solving across RIBA Stages 1–5
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
* Assist with site visits, project coordination, and contract administration
About You
* Architectural Technician with UK practice experience
* Strong AutoCAD skills; working knowledge of Revit beneficial
* Experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1–5
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
* Experience in high-end residential or heritage projects preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
