What Youll Be Doing Proactively identifying and securing new commercial clients in Yorkshire and beyond
Building strong, consultative relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Working closely with our expert broking team to deliver tailored, competitive insurance solutions
Leading conversations with confidence and market insight, acting as a trusted advisor
What Were Looking For A proven Account Executive or Development Executive with a strong track record in securing new business
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills in a client-facing role
Solid knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products
A growth mindset someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
CII-qualified or working towards it (preferred)
