The role is to help build and maintain gentle, energy-saving routines, prevent symptom flares, and support safe access to the community to reduce isolation. Location: NR 21 Job Description Gentle reminders for personal care and medication Supporting pacing with regular rest periods Help with simple meal preparation and light household tasks Support with community activities, shopping, and appointments Encouragement to re-engage with enjoyable activities (e.g. baking, short dog walks) Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance my general wellbeing. Person specification Essential: Holds a full UK driving licence with appropriate business insurance Access to own vehicle and willingness to use it for one return trip to and from Fakenham each week. Comfortable around dogs Someone with patience, compassion, reliable and a positive attitude The person I employ must have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of work, including total respect for my privacy. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
