Lettings Negotiator
Maidenhead
£26,000 Basic Salary + £35,000 OTE
Monday to Friday + Every Other Saturday (Day in Lieu Provided)
Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Required
We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a market leading independent estate agency based in Maidenhead.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with estate agency, lettings, property or sales experience looking to join a well established and highly respected business covering Berkshire and Middlesex.

Key Responsibilities
• Registering applicants and matching tenants to suitable rental properties
• Carrying out property viewings across Maidenhead and surrounding areas
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
• Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move in
• Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Working closely with the wider sales and property management teams
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or within a customer facing sales role preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target driven and motivated attitude
• Professional and well presented
• Ability to work within a fast paced estate agency environment
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
