About the Role:
An established and respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a proactive and organised Litigation Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE to join its’ busy Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build on their legal experience and develop a long-term career within a friendly and professional environment.
You will work closely with experienced fee earners, providing essential support on a wide range of litigation matters, including contentious probate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling own caseload dealing with all aspects of litigation matters, including contentious probate, with support.
2. Managing files and maintaining accurate records
3. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
About You:
4. At least 12 months PQE in litigation matters, ideally including contentious probate experience
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
7. Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
8. Competent in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
