At ATA Recruitment in Leicester, we’re hiring a Delivery Consultant to specialise on the candidate side, with a warm desk and established client base in the Maintenance Engineering sector.
The Role and About You
This role suits someone who knows recruitment isn’t just about filling jobs - it’s about guiding people through important career moves, offering insight, and building trust over time.
You’ll be:
* Managing live vacancies with active clients - no cold calls, no starting from scratch.
* Sourcing and interviewing candidates in the Maintenance Engineering market, where skilled talent is in high demand.
* Working alongside an experienced Business Development Manager, who handles the client relationships and brings in the roles.
* Providing market insights to clients and supporting account development.
You’ll likely have at least 12 months in a recruitment role, and you’ve discovered that your real strengths lie in the candidate relationship side. You’re organised, have a high level of written and spoken English, communicate well, and want to build a career in recruitment that offers progression without the burnout.
