Managing Partner, Head of Digital

9 month FTC – Start Date: November 2025. We're looking for a visionary Head of Digital to lead the charge in navigating today's complex digital media landscape. As a Managing Partner, you'll drive the rollout of our digital vision, championing innovation across retail media, creators, AI, and commerce. You'll inspire teams with your expertise in consumer behaviour, data, and technology, while shaping best‑in‑class, data‑centric planning. Collaborating closely with Centres of Excellence, clients, media partners, and industry bodies, you'll curate cutting‑edge thinking and products that fuel client and commercial growth.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in‑person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30‑17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30‑16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30. We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high‑need periods and individual circumstances.
